We ship to:

  • Nationwide across the Philippines

  • Internationally to select countries via DHL Express

💸 2. Domestic Shipping (Philippines)

Shipping rates within the Philippines depend on your location and total package weight.
The exact rate is automatically calculated at checkout.

✈️ 3. International Shipping via DHL Express

We ship globally to select countries using DHL Express.

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on destination country and package weight.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

  • Exact shipping rates will appear at checkout after entering your international shipping address.

🌍 Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery.

🕒 4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🛵 5. Our Delivery Partners

  • Domestic: LBC, J&T Express, Ninja Van (based on your location)

  • International: DHL Express

🔍 6. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be sent via email or SMS once your order is shipped.
Track your order through the courier’s website (links provided in your shipping confirmation).

🔁 7. Failed Deliveries / Returns

If delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong/incomplete address

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Refusal to accept the package

…the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • We will contact you for re-delivery arrangements.

  • Re-delivery fees will apply.

🏬 8. Click & Collect (Store Pickup)

Pick up your order from select Dr. Kong branches.

  • Free of charge

  • Ready in 1–3 business days

  • You’ll be notified by SMS or email once your order is ready

⏳ 9. Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier backlogs

  • Weather disturbances

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Peak shopping periods
