QNS.) WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED / I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM? 

ANS.) Be sure not to remove any tags from the item and do not dispose its original packaging. Contact us through our Official Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/DrKongPH/ and let us know the details of your package. 

QNS.) HOW DO I RETURN and EXCHANGE MY ORDER? 

ANS.) Your online order can be returned and exchange within 7 days of the purchase. For returns, be sure to follow these instructions:

    • Contact us through our Official Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/DrKongPH/.
    • Provide our representative with the details of your package and reason for your returns.
    • Our representative may ask you to send a photo of the delivered package to our email address for verification purposes.
  • You may return the package by having it delivered to our warehouse in San Juan City.
    • If you are having it delivered, be sure to take note of the tracking number and inform our representative about the delivery details. 

    QNS.) WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING AND EXCHANGING MY PRODUCTS? 

    Your online order can be returned within 30 days of the purchase.

    In order for a product to be accepted as a return, the following must be met: 

      • The product must be unused/unworn.
      • The product must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached.
  • Footwear must be in the original shoe box with original tags attached.
