QNS.) WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED / I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
ANS.) Be sure not to remove any tags from the item and do not dispose its original packaging. Contact us through our email address email@example.com and let us know the details of your package.
QNS.) HOW DO I RETURN AND EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Provide our representative with the details of your package and reason for your return and exchange.
Our representative may ask you to send a photo of the delivered package to our email address for verification purposes.
If you are having it delivered, be sure to take note of the tracking number and inform our representative about the delivery details.
QNS.) WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING and EXCHANGING MY PRODUCTS?
ANS.) Customers are given 7 days from the date of purchase to return and exchange items bought from Dr. Kong web shop along with a proof of purchase or receipt in reference to DTI return and exchange policy as provided:
That customer is not entitled to a refund or exchange under the IRR of RA. 7394 of the consumer act of the Philippines based on the following reasons:
- Sudden change of mind upon purchase.
- Defect cause by misuse or mishandling of the customer.
- To exchange an item given as a gift.
- Awareness of the item bought during CLEARANCE SALE or a sales promo with MARKDOWN price.
- The discovery of a much lower price of the same item from another store upon purchase.
QNS.) IF I AVAIL FOR A RETURN AND EXCHANGE, WILL I BE REFUNDED FOR MY DELIVERY COST WHEN I RETURN MY ORDER?
If the items shipped are defective or different from the ones you ordered, we will be shouldering the cost of all shipping fees incurred. If you refuse the order or you want to change it due to preference, you will be charged for all shipping, delivery and storage incurred. All returned merchandise must be unopened and in original condition.
